This lamp has tube type interior light bulbs. The circuit consists of a 1/2 hard brass progression pressed grid-plate made of slit coil and over moulded with a PA66 40% glass fibre. The circuits are separated within the moulding cycle using a stamping process.
This lamp has spade type interior light bulbs. The circuit consists of a pre-zinc plated grid-plate made from slit coil which is assembled and heat staked on to a moulded bulb-housing made from a high temperature resistant, reflective white PC/ABS.
This lamp has self locking bayonet type light bulbs and consists of a pre-zinc plated circuit with two identical electrical bronze contacts and one single electrical bronze contact. The circuit is assembled and heat staked on to a moulded base-plate made from PP 20% talc
