Process Integrated Quality
Adhering to the principle that Quality Control means that the quality should be controlled at every step in the manufacturing process, most of our machines and tools are equipped with specific quality assurance instruments for measuring & testing by means of force measuring, vision control, laser & infra-red scanning and electrical signals.
Finished Assembly Quality
A 12 newton extraction test is applied to automotive bulb holders to ensure that bulbs will be securely held after assembly.
